⚠️ Please note that our home is only available to families and guests aged 25 and older. This is not just a house rule but also part of a formal agreement we've signed as homeowners with the Borough of Seaside Heights. The agreement explicitly limits short-term rentals to individuals under 25 years of age. Additionally, as outlined in Ordinance No. 2023-20, Seaside Heights prohibits rentals to unsupervised minors. If a group arrives without a parent or legal guardian present, the stay will be immediately terminated with no refund, in compliance with both our house rules and local laws. We happily welcome families and truly appreciate your understanding, as we strive to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all our guests and neighbors. ⚠️To comply with local legal requirements, you may be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID and share the purpose of your stay either at the time of booking, prior to arrival, or during check-in. This condo is located in a condominium building and some spaces are shared with other condo owners. Guests have access to a private deck connected to the front of the condo with dining area and BBQ grill. 4 seasonal beach badges are provided($220 value). Off street parking for 1 vehicle in the parking lot is provided. If additional parking needed, guests must utilize street parking (Paid municipal parking is enforced from April 1st to October 31st. Parking is free November 1st to March 31st).

Everything you need is within walking distance! Make a left out of the parking lot and walk 1 block to Seaside Heights Beach/Boardwalk and Atlantic Ocean. Make a right out of the parking lot and walk 10 minutes, half mile to Sunset Bay Beach, where you can watch the sunset over Barnegat Bay; it's truly magnificent! Seaside Heights' Tennis Courts located on the corner of Bay Blvd and Sheridan Ave. Just a 9 minute walk away!
