You’ll have 4 seasonal beach badges ($220 value), along with Tommy Bahama beach chairs and an umbrella, making beach days simple and stress-free. Essentials like paper goods, toiletries, a hair dryer, and an iron are all provided for your convenience. Located just one block from the beach and boardwalk, you’re within easy reach of the ocean, dining, and entertainment—while still enjoying a comfortable place to relax and recharge. No pets. No smoking. No parties/events. No prom/graduation groups. No subleasing/third party booking. Minimum of 25 years of age to rent. We do not accept any prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party bookings. We only accept families and adult couples/groups. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must be staying on the property for the entire length of stay. You may not book on behalf of someone else. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested at the time of booking, prior to, or at the time of check-in. NO SMOKING. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside or outside the condo. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, e-vaping, etc. Smoking will not be tolerated and any smell of smoke in the home will result in a $350 fee. NO PETS. If a pet is not disclosed to the host or is sneaked in the guest is at risk of their stay being terminated, without refund. Sneaking a pet in will result in a $500 fee. Quiet time: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM: Keep indoor/outdoor noise reasonable for the respect of neighbors during these times. Unreturned beach badges will result in a $100 fee, per badge. We expect that our guests to treat the home as if it were their own home by leaving it in the same condition as you found it. The cleaning fee ensures every guest is provided with an immaculately cleaned and disinfected home, clean bedding and clean towels. Upon any damage or malfunction to the unit or it's contents, please contact the host immediately for prompt repair. Host/Co-host is not responsible for safety of guest(s) during duration of stay. Guests are to maintain a safe environment. Host/Co-host is not liable for any injuries that may occur on or near site. By booking, guests are confirming the receipt, knowledge, and compliance to this statement.

This condo is located within a condominium building, so you may see other residents in the common areas throughout your stay. The condo itself has 2 levels, with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath being upstairs so climbing stairs are required. 1 designated off street parking space for 1 vehicle is provided in the parking lot. If additional parking is required, guests must use available street parking. (Paid municipal parking is enforced from April 1st to October 31st. Street parking is free November 1st to March 31st). ⚠️ The minimum age to book and stay is 25 years old—Families with children are warmly welcomed. This is required both by our house rules and a formal agreement with the Borough of Seaside Heights. Under Ordinance 2023-20, rentals to unsupervised minors are prohibited. If a group arrives without a parent or legal guardian, the stay will be terminated with no refund. 🚫 No third-party bookings are allowed—You may not book on behalf of someone else. The guest who books the reservation must be the one staying in the home for the entire duration of the stay. ⚠️ To comply with local laws, you may be asked to provide your age, the ages of all guests staying with you, the purpose of your stay and a valid government-issued photo ID at booking, before arrival, or during check-in.
