The Jersey Shore, Hosted Better

We had a great time; it was nice to be home again. We will only rent from Michaels Seaside Rentals. The photos, and accommodations are on point. The home is clean, this is priority. We were disappointed regarding the grill situation. A few months after booking we rec'd an email the grill was no longer included, we admitted overlooking this. However, Monday before we arrived (on Thursday) the email did indicate the grill being included & the details of where to find grill tools. Seeing the condition of the grill, messaging to find out it was not included was a disappointment. We reside in South Carolina, we grill year-round. It goes second priority to the cleanliness. We understand through communication it was the owner's choice. Stupidly, we know! We bought food to grill (burgers for example) I think it's safe to say they do not taste the same on stove top or in the oven. We simply ask to please ensure communication such as the email details leading up to arrival are transparent. The website to date 09/20/2026 still list; under outdoors the BBQ. This will not keep us from renting in the future. We will double check amenities. Thank you, Michael and your team. We do appreciate you all. Flitton Family
