House Rules & Policies: • Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to book and stay is 25 years old—Families with children are warmly welcomed. Unsupervised minors are not permitted—if a group arrives without a parent or legal guardian, the stay will be terminated with no refund. A valid government-issued photo ID may be requested for age verification. • Guest Policy: We do not accept prom, graduation or event groups. No third-party bookings are allowed—You may not book on behalf of someone else. The guest who books the reservation must be staying in the home for the entire duration of the stay. • Occupancy & Guest Limits: The home's maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. No outside visitors or unregistered overnight guests. Violation of this rule may result in immediate cancellation without refund. • No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco or marijuana products is strictly prohibited inside and outside of the home. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if smoke is detected in the home. • Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Please respect our neighbors and the community by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. In accordance with Seaside Heights' local noise ordinance, loud music, parties, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. • Pet Policy: We allow a maximum of one dog per stay with prior approval. Pets must be a friendly, non-aggressive breed and not exceed 40 lbs. A $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet applies. Pets must be fully house-trained. Unauthorized pets or violations of this policy will result in immediate termination of the stay and a $500 fee. • Unreturned Beach Badge: A $100 fee applies for each missing or unreturned beach badge. • Furniture Care: An extra cleaning fee will be charged for any stained or damaged furniture. • Linen & Towel Care: An extra cleaning fee will be charged for any stained or damaged linens & towels. • Respect the Space: We ask that you treat the home with the same care as you would your own home. The cleaning fee covers standard turnover—excessive mess or damage will result in additional charges. • Damage or Malfunctions: Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately so we can address them promptly. • Safety & Liability: Guests assume all responsibility for their own safety and are responsible for maintaining a safe environment during their stay. The host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses occurring on or near the property. By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to these terms and to all house rules. The Captain's Quarters is 1 of 4 private condos in a building situated behind a single family home on a shared property, meaning you may see other vacationing guests on the property. Larger groups can book multiple units across the property for additional space. POTENTIAL FOR NOISE: This condo is located in the heart of Seaside Heights and is close to the boardwalk, restaurants and bars. During the summer season, there will be increased noise from the street and surrounding areas. Parking Information: • April 1 – October 31 (In-Season): Paid municipal street parking is in effect. Guests receive 1 complimentary off-street parking space in a nearby parking lot. • November 1 – March 31 (Off-Season): Street parking is free and unrestricted. Guests are encouraged to use free street parking during these times. ⚠️ The minimum age to book and stay is 25 years old—Families with children are warmly welcomed.
