This Beach Cottage is a bright and stylish 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat just steps from the shore. It combines modern conveniences with coastal charm to create a welcoming space. Accommodating up to 4 guests, the cottage features a queen bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a twin-size fold-up bed. Freshly laundered pillows, blankets, sheets, and bath towels are provided for every guest. Enjoy complimentary amenities such as 4 seasonal beach badges ($220 value), Tommy Bahama beach chairs and a beach umbrella, as well as a fully stocked kitchen with K-cups, tea, sugar, creamer, and essential toiletries like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, and an iron/ironing board. Wi-Fi is also available, making it ideal for remote work. Simply unpack and relax in this well-appointed home that offers all the comforts of home to ensure a stress-free and enjoyable stay!

No pets. No smoking. No parties/events. No prom/graduation groups. No subleasing/third party booking. Minimum of 25 years of age to rent. We do not accept any prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party bookings. We only accept families and adult couples/groups. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must be staying on the property for the entire length of stay. You may not book on behalf of someone else. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested at the time of booking, prior to, or at the time of check-in. NO SMOKING. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside or outside the home. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, e-vaping, etc. Smoking will not be tolerated and any smell of smoke in the home will result in a $350 fee. NO PETS. If a pet is not disclosed to the host or is sneaked in the guest is at risk of their stay being terminated, without refund. Sneaking a pet in will result in a $500 fee. Quiet time: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM: Keep indoor/outdoor noise reasonable for the respect of neighbors during these times. Unreturned beach badges will result in a $100 fee, per badge. We expect that our guests to treat the home as if it were their own home by leaving it in the same condition as you found it. The cleaning fee ensures every guest is provided with an immaculately cleaned and disinfected home, clean bedding and clean towels. Upon any damage or malfunction to the unit or it's contents, please contact the host immediately for prompt repair. Host/Co-host is not responsible for safety of guest(s) during duration of stay. Guests are to maintain a safe environment. Host/Co-host is not liable for any injuries that may occur on or near site. By booking, guests are confirming the receipt, knowledge, and compliance to this statement.
