Our Cozy Poolside Hideaway comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests with one queen bed, one full bed, and one twin bed. Each guest enjoys premium, freshly cleaned, blankets, sheets, bath towels, and beach towels. The fully equipped kitchen includes a complimentary coffee bar with K-cups, tea, sugar, creamers, and to-go cups. We also provide essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, and an iron/ironing board. For entertainment, enjoy a variety of classic board games and 3 Roku TVs (guests can log into their own streaming services). Plus, our fully stocked storage shed offers beach chairs, umbrellas, sand and pool toys, a beach bag, and a beach cart for easy access to the beach. With 300 Mbps Wi-Fi speed, it’s perfect for remote work or streaming. Simply unpack your bags and relax – we’ve thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and stress-free!

There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the condo or outside on the balcony. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, e-vaping, etc. Smoking will not be tolerated and any smell of smoke in the condo will result in a $250 fee. No prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party bookings. We accept families and adult couples/groups. The primary renter must be 25 or older and must be staying on the property for the entire length of stay. You may not book on behalf of someone else. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested at the time of booking, prior to, or at the time of check-in. NO PETS. If a pet is not disclosed to the host, or sneaked in the guest is at risk of their stay being terminated, without refund. Sneaking in a pet will result in a $500 fee. Quiet time: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM: Keep indoor/outdoor noise reasonable for the respect of neighbors during these times. Unreturned beach badges will result in a $100 fee, per badge. POOL RULES: Open Memorial Day - Labor Day NO swimming before 9am or after 9pm. Please ensure pool gate remains closed at all times. When pool is not in use, gate should be closed and locked at all times. All personal items must be removed from the pool area when not in use. Personal items should not be left out by the pool over night. Guests of renters are not permitted to use the pool. Only people staying in the condo may use the pool. Please rinse off sand before entering pool. No jumping or diving in the pool. Swim at your own risk - Host is not responsible for guest's safety in or around the pool. Upon any damage or malfunction to the unit or it's contents, please contact the host immediately for prompt repair. We expect our guests to treat the condo as if it was their own by leaving it in the same condition as you found it. Host is not responsible for safety of guest(s) during duration of stay. Guests are to maintain a safe environment. Host is not liable for any injuries that may occur on or near site. By booking, guests are confirming the receipt, knowledge, and compliance to this statement.
