House Rules & Policies • No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco or marijuana products is strictly prohibited inside the condo, on the balcony, or anywhere else on the property. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if smoke is detected in the condo. • Guest Policy: We do not accept prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party bookings - You may not book on behalf of someone else. We accept families and adult couples/groups over 25 years of age. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested at the time of booking, prior to, or at the time of check-in. • No Pets: Pets are not allowed. Bringing an undisclosed pet or sneaking one in will result in immediate termination of the stay and a $500 fee. • Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Please respect our neighbors and the community by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. In accordance with Seaside Heights' local noise ordinance, loud music, parties, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. This condo is located within a two-story, 6-unit condominium building, so you may see other residents in the common areas throughout your stay. The condo itself is on the second level, and stairs are required to access it. POOL: The pool is a shared amenity for residents of the condominium community and is not private to this unit. It is open seasonally, from Memorial Day through Labor Day. ⚠️ The minimum age to book and stay is 25 years old—Families with children are warmly welcomed. This is required both by our house rules and a formal agreement with the Borough of Seaside Heights. Under Ordinance 2023-20, rentals to unsupervised minors are prohibited. If a group arrives without a parent or legal guardian, the stay will be terminated with no refund. 🚫 No third-party bookings are allowed—You may not book on behalf of someone else.
