Heron's Nest is a clean and chic 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo by the beach. The condo is newly renovated and offers a bright and inviting space blending modern comforts with coastal charm. The condo accommodates up to 2 guests with 1 king size bed. Each guest is provided with freshly cleaned pillows, blankets, sheets and bath towels! We also provide 1 dedicated off street parking space (April 1 - October 31) & free street parking is available (November 1 - March 31), 3 seasonal beach badges($165 value), 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella, a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary k-cups, tea, sugar, creamer, and welcome snack basket, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. Wi-Fi is provided and is great for working remotely! Unpack your bags and settle in—everything you need for a relaxing, stress-free stay is waiting for you!

No parties/events. No prom/graduation groups. No subleasing/third party booking. Minimum of 25 years of age to rent. We do not accept prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party bookings - You may not book on behalf of someone else. We accept families and adult couples/groups over 25 years of age. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested at the time of booking, prior to, or at the time of check-in. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the condo. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, e-vaping, etc. Smoking will not be tolerated and any smell of smoke in the condo will result in a $250 fee. Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Please respect our neighbors and the community by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. In accordance with Seaside Heights' local noise ordinance, loud music, parties, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. We kindly ask all guests to enjoy the space responsibly and help us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. A $100 fee will be charged for each unreturned or missing beach badge. We expect that our guests to treat the home as if it were their own home by leaving it in the same condition as you found it. The cleaning fee ensures every guest is provided with an immaculately cleaned and disinfected home, clean bedding and clean towels. Upon any damage or malfunction to the unit or it's contents, please contact the host immediately for prompt repair. Host/Co-host is not responsible for safety of guest(s) during duration of stay. Guests are to maintain a safe environment. Host/Co-host is not liable for any injuries that may occur on or near site. By booking, guests are confirming the receipt, knowledge, and compliance to this statement.

⚠️Please note that our home is only available to families and guests aged 25 and older. This is not just a house rule but also part of a formal agreement we've signed as homeowners with the Borough of Seaside Heights. The agreement explicitly limits short-term rentals to individuals under 25 years of age. Additionally, as outlined in Ordinance No. 2023-20, Seaside Heights prohibits rentals to unsupervised minors. If a group arrives without a parent or legal guardian present, the stay will be immediately terminated with no refund, in compliance with both our house rules and local laws.
