House Rules & Policies • No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco or marijuana products is strictly prohibited inside the condo, on the balcony, or anywhere else on the property. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if smoke is detected in the condo. • Guest Policy: We do not accept prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party bookings - You may not book on behalf of someone else. We accept families and adult couples/groups over 25 years of age. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested at the time of booking, prior to, or at the time of check-in. • No Pets: Pets are not allowed. Bringing an undisclosed pet or sneaking one in will result in immediate termination of the stay and a $500 fee. • Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Please respect our neighbors and the community by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. In accordance with Seaside Heights' local noise ordinance, loud music, parties, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. We kindly ask all guests to enjoy the space responsibly and help us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. • Unreturned Beach Badge: A $100 fee applies for each missing or unreturned beach badge. • Furniture Care: An extra cleaning fee will be charged for any stained or damaged furniture. • Linen & Towel Care: An extra cleaning fee will be charged for any stained or damaged linens & towels. • Respect the Space: We ask that you treat the condo with the same care as you would your own home. The cleaning fee covers the cost of providing an immaculate, disinfected space with fresh linens and towels for each guest—excessive mess or damage will result in additional charges. • Damage or Malfunctions: If anything is damaged or malfunctions during your stay, please notify the host immediately so we can address the issue promptly. • Safety & Liability: The host is not responsible for the safety or well-being of guests during their stay. Guests are responsible for maintaining a safe environment and agree that the host is not liable for any injuries that may occur on or near the property. This condo is located within a three-story, 18-unit condominium building, so you may see other residents in the common areas throughout your stay. The condo itself is on the third level, and while stairs are required to access it, an elevator is available for added convenience if needed. ⚠️ The minimum age to book and stay is 25 years old—Families with children are warmly welcomed. This is required both by our house rules and a formal agreement with the Borough of Seaside Heights. Under Ordinance 2023-20, rentals to unsupervised minors are prohibited. If a group arrives without a parent or legal guardian, the stay will be terminated with no refund. 🚫 No third-party bookings are allowed—You may not book on behalf of someone else.
