We also provide essential toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer), plus extras like an iron/ironing board, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys and a selection of classic board games, cards, and books. For entertainment, there are 2 TVs with Amazon Fire Stick (guests log into their own streaming accounts). Stay connected with 1-Gig Wi-Fi—perfect for remote work! House Rules & Policies • No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco or marijuana products is strictly prohibited inside the condo, on the balcony, or anywhere on the property. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if smoke is detected in the condo. • Guest Policy: We welcome families and adult couples/groups only. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must be present for the entire duration of the stay. Bookings on behalf of others are not allowed. Photo ID may be required for age verification. • No Pets: Pets are not allowed. Bringing an undisclosed pet or sneaking one in will result in immediate termination of the stay and a $500 fee. • Quiet Hours (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM): Please respect our neighbors by keeping indoor noise to a minimum during these hours. • Unreturned Items: A $100 fee will be charged for each unreturned beach badge, and a $300 fee will be charged for any unreturned parking pass. • Respect the Space: We ask that you treat the condo with the same care as you would your own home. The cleaning fee covers the cost of providing an immaculate, disinfected space with fresh linens and towels for each guest. • Damage or Malfunctions: If anything is damaged or malfunctions during your stay, please notify the host immediately so we can address the issue promptly. • Safety & Liability: The host is not responsible for the safety or well-being of guests during their stay. Guests are responsible for maintaining a safe environment and agree that the host is not liable for any injuries that may occur on or near the property.
