We also provide essential toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer), plus extras like an iron/ironing board, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys and a selection of classic board games, cards, and books. For entertainment, there are 2 TVs with Amazon Fire Stick (guests log into their own streaming accounts). Stay connected with 1-Gig Wi-Fi—perfect for remote work! House Rules & Policies • No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco or marijuana products is strictly prohibited inside the condo, on the balcony, or anywhere else on the property. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if smoke is detected in the condo. • Guest Policy: • Guest Policy: We do not accept prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party bookings - You may not book on behalf of someone else. We accept families and adult couples/groups over 25 years of age. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested at the time of booking, prior to, or at the time of check-in. • No Pets: Pets are not allowed. Bringing an undisclosed pet or sneaking one in will result in immediate termination of the stay and a $500 fee. • Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Please respect our neighbors and the community by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. In accordance with Seaside Heights' local noise ordinance, loud music, parties, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. We kindly ask all guests to enjoy the space responsibly and help us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. • Unreturned Items: A $100 fee will be charged for each beach badge that is not returned, and a $300 fee will be charged for any parking pass not returned. • Respect the Space: We ask that you treat the condo with the same care as you would your own home. The cleaning fee covers the cost of providing an immaculate, disinfected space with fresh linens and towels for each guest. • Damage or Malfunctions: If anything is damaged or malfunctions during your stay, please notify the host immediately so we can address the issue promptly. • Safety & Liability: The host is not responsible for the safety or well-being of guests during their stay. Guests are responsible for maintaining a safe environment and agree that the host is not liable for any injuries that may occur on or near the property. This is not just a house rule but also part of a formal agreement we've signed as homeowners with the Borough of Seaside Heights. The agreement explicitly limits short-term rentals to individuals under 25 years of age. Additionally, as outlined in Ordinance No. 2023-20, Seaside Heights prohibits rentals to unsupervised minors. If a group arrives without a parent or legal guardian present, the stay will be immediately terminated with no refund, in compliance with both our house rules and local laws.
