House Rules & Policies: • No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco or marijuana products is strictly prohibited inside the condo, on the balcony, or anywhere else on the property. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if smoke is detected in the condo. • Guest Policy: We do not accept prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party bookings - You may not book on behalf of someone else. We accept families and adult couples/groups over 25 years of age. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested at the time of booking, prior to, or at the time of check-in. • No Pets: Pets are not allowed. Bringing an undisclosed pet or sneaking one in will result in immediate termination of the stay and a $500 fee. • Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Please respect our neighbors and the community by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. In accordance with Seaside Park's local noise ordinance, loud music, parties, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. We kindly ask all guests to enjoy the space responsibly and help us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. • Respect the Space: We ask that you treat the condo with the same care as you would your own home. The cleaning fee covers the cost of providing an immaculate, disinfected space with fresh linens and towels for each guest. • Damage or Malfunctions: If anything is damaged or malfunctions during your stay, please notify the host immediately so we can address the issue promptly. • Safety & Liability: The host is not responsible for the safety or well-being of guests during their stay. Guests are responsible for maintaining a safe environment and agree that the host is not liable for any injuries that may occur on or near the property.
