We only accept families and adult couples/groups. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must be staying on the property for the entire length of stay. You may not book on behalf of someone else. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested at the time of booking, prior to, or at the time of check-in. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, e-vaping, etc. Smoking will not be tolerated and any smell of smoke in the home will result in a $250 fee. We expect that our guests to treat the home as if it were their own home by leaving it in the same condition as you found it. The cleaning fee ensures every guest is provided with an immaculately cleaned and disinfected home, clean bedding and clean towels. Upon any damage or malfunction to the unit or it's contents, please contact the host immediately for prompt repair. Host/Co-host is not responsible for safety of guest(s) during duration of stay. Guests are to maintain a safe environment. Host/Co-host is not liable for any injuries that may occur on or near site.
