House Rules & Policies • No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco or marijuana products is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if smoke is detected in the home. • Guest Policy: We welcome families and adult couples/groups only. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must be present for the entire duration of the stay. Bookings on behalf of others are not allowed. Photo ID may be required for age verification. • Quiet Hours (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM): Please respect our neighbors by keeping indoor/outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours. • Unreturned Items: A $100 fee will be charged for each beach badge that is not returned. • Respect the Space: We ask that you treat the home with the same care as you would your own home. The cleaning fee covers the cost of providing an immaculate, disinfected space with fresh linens and towels for each guest. • Damage or Malfunctions: If anything is damaged or malfunctions during your stay, please notify the host immediately so we can address the issue promptly. • Safety & Liability: The host is not responsible for the safety or well-being of guests during their stay. Guests are responsible for maintaining a safe environment and agree that the host is not liable for any injuries that may occur on or near the property.
