House Rules & Policies • No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco or marijuana products is strictly prohibited inside and outside of the home. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if smoke is detected in the home. • Guest Policy: We do not accept prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party bookings - You may not book on behalf of someone else. We accept families and adult couples/groups over 25 years of age. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested at the time of booking, prior to, or at the time of check-in. • Occupancy & Guest Limits: The maximum occupancy for this home must not be exceeded. Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. No outside visitors or unregistered overnight guests are allowed. Violation of this rule may result in cancellation of your stay without refund. • Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Please respect our neighbors and the community by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. In accordance with Seaside Heights' local noise ordinance, loud music, parties, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. We kindly ask all guests to enjoy the space responsibly and help us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. • Unreturned Beach Badge: A $100 fee will be charged for each unreturned or missing beach badge. • Stained furniture: An extra cleaning fee will be charged for any stained seat/couch cushions. • Respect the Space: We ask that you treat the home with the same care as you would your own home. The cleaning fee covers the cost of providing an immaculate, disinfected space with fresh linens and towels for each guest. • Damage or Malfunctions: If anything is damaged or malfunctions during your stay, please notify the host immediately so we can address the issue promptly. • Safety & Liability: The host is not responsible for the safety or well-being of guests during their stay. Guests are responsible for maintaining a safe environment and agree that the host is not liable for any injuries that may occur on or near the property. The agreement explicitly limits short-term rentals to individuals under 25 years of age. Additionally, as outlined in Ordinance No. 2023-20, Seaside Heights prohibits rentals to unsupervised minors. If a group arrives without a parent or legal guardian present, the stay will be immediately terminated with no refund, in compliance with both our house rules and local laws.
