This brand-new beach house was built for the way people actually vacation — open, spacious, and designed for everyone to be together. The open-concept main floor flows naturally from a fully equipped modern kitchen to a comfortable living area, all dressed in coastal tones that make the space feel as good as it looks. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you need including a complimentary coffee bar with coffee, K-Cups, tea, sugar, and creamer. Five bedrooms sleep guests comfortably across a king, two queens, two doubles, and two twins. Three private decks give everyone their own slice of outdoor space — whether you're sunbathing, grilling, or just breathing in the salt air after a long beach day.

House Rules & Policies • No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco or marijuana products is strictly prohibited inside the condo, on the balcony, or anywhere else on the property. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if smoke is detected in the condo. • Guest Policy: We do not accept prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party bookings - You may not book on behalf of someone else. We accept families and adult couples/groups over 25 years of age. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested at the time of booking, prior to, or at the time of check-in. • Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Please respect our neighbors and the community by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. In accordance with Seaside Heights' local noise ordinance, loud music, parties, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. We kindly ask all guests to enjoy the space responsibly and help us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. • Flexible Pet Policy: Although our house rules state no pets, guests may request approval to bring one pet on a case-by-case basis prior to booking. Approved pets must be friendly, non-aggressive, and under 25 lbs. A $100 non-refundable pet fee applies. Pets must be house-trained. Unauthorized pets or violations of this policy will result in immediate termination of the stay and a $500 fee. • Unreturned Beach Badge: A $100 fee applies for each missing or unreturned beach badge. • Furniture Care: An extra cleaning fee will be charged for any stained or damaged furniture. • Linen & Towel Care: An extra cleaning fee will be charged for any stained or damaged linens & towels. • Respect the Space: We ask that you treat the home with the same care as you would your own home. The cleaning fee covers standard turnover—excessive mess or damage will result in additional charges. • Damage or Malfunctions: If anything is damaged or malfunctions during your stay, please notify the host immediately so we can address the issue promptly. • Safety & Liability: The host is not responsible for the safety or well-being of guests during their stay. Guests are responsible for maintaining a safe environment and agree that the host is not liable for any injuries that may occur on or near the property.
