There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the condo or outside on the balcony. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, e-vaping, etc. Smoking will not be tolerated and any smell of smoke in the condo will result in a $250 fee. No prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party bookings. We accept families and adult couples/groups. The primary renter must be 25 or older and must be staying on the property for the entire length of stay. You may not book on behalf of someone else. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested at the time of booking, prior to, or at the time of check-in. NO PETS. If a pet is not disclosed to the host, the guest is at risk of their stay being terminated, without refund. Sneaking in a pet will result in a $500 fee. Quiet time: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM: Keep indoor/outdoor noise reasonable for the respect of neighbors during these times. Unreturned beach badges will result in a $100 fee, per badge. Unreturned parking pass will result in $350 fee. Upon any damage or malfunction to the unit or it's contents, please contact the host immediately for prompt repair. We expect our guests to treat the condo as if it was their own by leaving it in the same condition as you found it. Host is not responsible for safety of guest(s) during duration of stay. Guests are to maintain a safe environment. Host is not liable for any injuries that may occur on or near site. By booking, guests are confirming the receipt, knowledge, and compliance to this statement.
