Larger groups can book multiple units across the property for additional space. POTENTIAL FOR NOISE: This condo is located in the heart of Seaside Heights and is close to the boardwalk, restaurants and bars. During the summer season, there will be increased noise from the street and surrounding areas. Parking Information: • April 1 – October 31 (In-Season): Paid municipal street parking is in effect. Guests receive 1 complimentary off-street parking space in a nearby parking lot. • November 1 – March 31 (Off-Season): Street parking is free and unrestricted. Guests are encouraged to use free street parking during these times. ⚠️ The minimum age to book and stay is 25 years old—Families with children are warmly welcomed. This is required both by our house rules and a formal agreement with the Borough of Seaside Heights. Under Ordinance 2023-20, rentals to unsupervised minors are prohibited. If a group arrives without a parent or legal guardian, the stay will be terminated with no refund. 🚫 No third-party bookings are allowed—You may not book on behalf of someone else.
