My fiancé surprised me with this place for my bday, Michael as a host overall is great !!! He’s responsive and the place and kept beyond immaculate !!! Cozy and warm on the cold nights with a great fire place outside !! Also right around the corner from everything and anything !! Will be coming back during the summer for my fiancés bday for sure !!

We loved this Airbnb rental! I grew up close to seaside and came back to visit for the holidays. It was the perfect location-close to the boardwalk and walkable to several bars and restaurants. It was cozy and the perfect amount of space for me, my husband, and our dog. Everything was as described and Michael was super helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We will definitely be back! We did stay during the off season so it was pretty quiet but I would imagine the area would be busier in the summertime.

Our family of four adults, two children, and a puppy had a wonderful stay. It's an easy walk to the bay and a great playground, or to the ocean beach. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The space is clean and uncluttered, so it was easy to make it temporarily our own, and feel at home for a few days.

Michael was very attentive and caring during our entire stay. He was flexible in allowing us to check in a bit earlier if needed. Everything was easy from booking, to check in, to check out. The place was absolutely stunning! The overall atmosphere was chic, elegant, and very inviting. The kitchen was fully stocked. It had everything we needed for our stay and more. Basic seasonings were also available- salt, pepper, garlic powder, crushed pepper, and sugar. There was even coffee and tea! The place was overall clean and smelled great. We stayed during winter months but we loved to see that if we had come in the summer, we had games, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, and everything needed for nice summer getaway at our disposal. The beach is only about 2-3 blocks away! The sunroom was a beautiful add on to our stay. It was a place to sit, mediate, pray, read a book, and relax. Beds, pillows, and comforters were pretty comfortable, as well. Would definitely book again!

A lovely place to stay even in the winter. Walkable to the ocean and bay. Though most restaurants in Seaside Heights were not open (as expected) it was a short drive north to Lavalette where there were multiple shops and restaurants open. Overall exactly what we were looking for.

We loved this cottage. It was clean, cozy, and felt roomy. Being close to both the ocean and the bay gave it a unique beachy feel. We would love to stay here again!

This home was beautiful and free of clutter. We have two children, 4 and 6 months. It was incredibly family friendly. (highchair, pack n play, board games, and lots of beach/sand toys) We will definitly book again in the summer. Also, Michael was very communiciative and proactive. Overall, a wonderful experience for our Thanksgiving trip to visit family in NJ.

Starting with our researching rental homes in the area, Michael responded immediately on the AitBnB app to a couple of questions we had. He was super friendly and came across as someone who would be a great host. Michael remained communicative from the booking until our check-out. Michael is an example of how a great host can turn a good experience into a great one.

Had a great time at this place even though it was off-season in Jersey shore. Beach and Boardwalk are walking distance and the bonus is that it is so close to the Jersey Shore house. My wife is a fan of the show and it was a pleasant surprise! The location is great a sit is almost equal distance from NYC and Cape May/AC. The home itself was in perfect order and all amenities were very thoughtfully provided. Highly recommend as a place to stay! Arka
